It will have the same player-driven economy that the PC version does too. This means any pilot you interact with will be a real person.How you choose to interact with them will be entirely up to you. You can choose to be a pacifist trader, working with other players to create a strong economy and earn a reputation for being a great person to do business with. Alternatively, you can try and become an infamous combatant and gun down everyone you meet, though you could equally gain a notorious reputation for this approach as well.
